Our 4 Step Pathway To Pay Out!

Step 1.

We will conduct a FREE and no obligation review of your energy contracts to identify if you have been mis-sold, and the potential value of your claim. We can go back several years to investigate older contracts.

Step 2.

At this stage with clear values in sight we will offer our services on conditional fee basis (often referred to as a "no-win, no-fee" basis). If you decide not to proceed with a claim you are free to simply walk away.

Step 3.

If you choose to claim, we and our panel solicitors will pursue your claim and once a successful outcome has been reached we are paid a percentage as our success fee. This is clearly set out in our fee agreement and will be clearly explained BEFORE proceeding.

Step 4.

Our dedicated after-care team will guide you from falling into the same trap again and should you require our help we can assist you to access better pricing when dealing with future contract renewals fully transparently
